We work closely with our customers and run through our "start-up" procedures to ensure minimal disruption. Some of the key areas that we help to manage are as follows.

  • Setting up your software, users and access rights

  • Importing / creating customer, supplier, stock and nominal records

Training & Support

Training can be delivered on-site or at our training suite using our own user guides. Training is usually done on a one to one basis using the customer's own data and records. We find that this method is far more effective than "generic" classroom training.

We also invite cloud accounting customers to our regular workshops. Clients bring in their accounting records and work on one of our training computers and simply ask one of our experts for assistance when required.
