Training & Support

Training can be delivered on-site or at our training suite using our own user guides. Training is usually done on a one to one basis using the customer's own data and records. We find that this method is far more effective than "generic" classroom training.

We also invite cloud accounting customers to our regular workshops. Clients bring in their accounting records and work on one of our training computers and simply ask one of our experts for assistance when required.

Basic training sessions include:

  • Customers and suppliers

  • Stock

  • Nominal records

  • Customer invoices and credits (generating / loading)

  • Supplier invoices and credits

  • Bank transactions and reconciliations (including bank feeds)
